Implemented of the famous Finnish designer Henrik Fisker, the Karma is back with a new identity and a deeply revised hybrid system.

Long ago called Fisker Karma, the hybrid sedan now answers to the name of Karma Revero, the Fisker brand went bankrupt before being bought by China Wanxiang Group, which renamed it Karma Automotive. The elegant pencil stroke Henrik Fisker remains about him, and it is clear that he has not aged a day since the submission of the original Karma in 2008. The wide grille is still divided into two parts and spirit Aston Martin, which has long worked Henrik Fisker, still required. On the roof, there are solar panels but they do not have quite the same utility. Because, yes: the hybrid system of the Karma Revero inaugurates some changes.

Rather than feeding the electrical equipment of the car, the solar panels now indeed contribute to the efforts of mechanics. 80 km of electric range are partly due to solar energy. A major first for a production model. The thermal part to rest his hand similar to that of the old model. This is still a 2.0 turbo original General Motors. The power and torque figures are much the same with respectively 409 hp (+ 1 hp) and 1330 Nm (+30 Nm). As well equipped, the Karma Revero can perform the 0-60 mph (97 km / h) in 5.4 seconds with the Sport mode. This also allows to pass the electronic flange of the maximum speed of 153-200 km / h.

The interior of the Revero is identical to that of the old model but a new infotainment system with a 4G LTE internet connection appeared. Karma Automotive has confirmed the arrival of higher compatibility with Apple and Android Auto carplay systems. The Karma Revero will be launched in North America in early 2017 for $ 130 000 price is about 116 000 euros. His arrival in Europe is planned for 2018.
